Once you have selected your holiday accommodation you can select Confirm Reservation. Enter all details required on the customer info form. 

Please await a confirmation email, once confirmed you will receive a payment link via email, at this stage you are only required to place a £50.00 non-refundable deposit, either by our automatic payment system or by bank transfer.

Please use your booking ID and the reference if paying by direct transfer – ie 7657 

Once Deposit has been paid your booking is secure and you will receive a confirmation E-Mail.

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS – If a booking is taken less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, FULL BALANCE is required within 24 hours of completing booking form

DAMAGES BOND- All of our caravan owners require a returnable damages deposit ON TOP of rental price, Which is £70.00. This is payable no later than 14 days prior to arrival and will be returned by way of bank transfer or refund to your origonal payment method from CaravanStay upon inspection of the caravan providing the accommodation is in suitable condition ie no damage etc. 

When there is found to be significant damage it is then down to the discretion of the Owner if the guests receives ALL, PARTIAL or NONE of the bond back. 

PLEASE REPORT ANY DAMAGES DURING YOUR STAY OF ACCIDENTAL NATURE OR OTHER

  • Please note, park entertainment passes are required for Live Lounge and Swimming. These can be purchased directly from Haven or online via link after your registration is complete.
  • If you don’t plan on using the Live Lounge or Swimming, you do not require passes.
  • If you check in after reception has closed, please speak to security who will be able to help with the purchase of them.

All deposits are non refundable unless the holiday is cancelled by the owner (an option of transferring to another date will also be offered)

Deposit must be made within 60 minutes of placing booking online to secure date, failure to do so could result in your booking being cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your booking, please log in to your account and select the ‘Cancel booking’ option for that booking. Any outstanding fees will be displayed to you prior to cancellation. If you can travel on an alternative date, you may be able to request a change to your booking dates – we will let you know if the Owner agrees to accept your request. If the Owner accepts your request, you will need to pay an administration charge of £30 to Caravanstay.co.uk plus any additional costs if the total price for the amended booking is higher.

If you pay a deposit when you make a booking (rather than the entire total balance) and then choose to cancel your holiday before the date that the balance is due, you will lose your full deposit.

If you choose to cancel your holiday on or after the date that the balance is due, you will lose your full deposit along with the full balance, if you have not yet paid the full balance you will have to pay this.

If you need to request a change to your booking dates, please log in to your account and contact us.

Please let us know at this point which dates you would like to change to, we send over the amended holiday price for you to review, this will include any additional rental charges applicable along with an amendment fee. The minimum price will always remain at the price originally paid.

Any change of date will not be confirmed until your request has been accepted and you have completed any required additional payment due.

If you want to request to extend your holiday dates, please log in to your account to send us a message providing the new departure date and number of nights required, and we’ll check with Owner if they are able to accommodate your request.

Sometimes accidents happen. If damage has been caused at a property, accidental or otherwise, please notify us as soon as possible. During your stay, you are liable for any damage to the property or contents caused by yourself or any members of your party.

We know how worrying and stressful it can be to return home and realize that you have left a beloved item behind at one of our properties. To help us to relocate any items left behind, please log in to your account and send us a message providing a description of what you think you may have left behind at the property and where it was located. Any items located may be returned to you at a cost of £30 including postage and packaging (please note that the charge may be higher for heavy, large or valuable items). Unclaimed items will be disposed of after 28 days.
